Starting with a clear technical drawing allows you to design in 2D and 3D with ease.

With the Master’s Degree in Technical Design for Fashion 2D and 3D, you will gain disciplinary, professional and cutting-edge skills related to the men’s, women’s and children’s clothing sectors.

Starting with the basic techniques of pattern making on paper patterns, you will learn how to use Lectra’s 2D software, dedicated to computerized pattern design.

In addition, the master’s program will provide you with the digital skills, through the use of CLO3D, to make virtual garments by creating and dressing a 3D avatar. The software allows you to design garments directly on the mannequin and automatically extract pattern pieces, simulate the right fabric softness, drapery, padding, make changes on the patterns, change the color and fit, displaying the designed garment as if it were real.
